  • Any issues with our fresh produce resulting in a refund needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We cannot accept returns/cancellations due to change of mind after produce has been delivered.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for uncollected deliveries. If you intend going away, then place your online order on hold and notify us. Payment is still processed and milk is delivered unless order is on hold/ stopped prior to payment due date. To avoid loss please monitor order/account.
  • Orders cannot be amended for the upcoming week if the online payment has already been processed.
